Privacy Policy

for any reason unless required by law enforcement or state authorities in the cases provided for by law. The personal data subject to processing may be made known to the employees and/or collaborators of Bost entrusted with carrying out activities necessary for Bost, including administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, and system administration personnel. Among these, the web hosting provider, appointed by Bost as the data processor, has the same obligations as the data controller. The web hosting provider is responsible for data processing, processing the data on behalf of the data controller, and is located within the European Economic Area, operating in compliance with European regulations.
